Gaming Event Booking website - High performance faster site (loading time <2 sec) with stunning UX

PLS READ THE REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMIT QUOTES
I need a full-stack WordPress developer with gaming site development experience to complete the following CMS gaming website in one month. By full-stack, I mean the developer who is an expert in both designing and developing the site. UX design is a very critical part of this project due to the site's gaming nature.
Critical requirements:
(1) The site will have lots of images and videos and many users and that is why site performance (including <2 sec loading time) will be absolutely critical. The site's performance needs to be highly optimised
(2) CMS management using Elementor - users should be able to manage content including images and videos.
(3) Visually stunning UX design (THE DEVELOPER MUST HAVE GOOD UX DESIGN EXPERIENCE)
(4) From the beginning, the site will be hosted in a test environment so that I can see work in progress (that is, the developer needs to continuously publish the work at the end of the day for my feedback and revisions).
(5) Unlimited revisions (no questions to be asked, that is why this revision is required or can't do revision etc.)
(6) The developer will provide 'how to do' tutorial for managing the site at the end of the project
I will provide the theme and sitemap. Please note high-level requirements/functionalities below:
1. Membership registration and management (will use plugin)
2. Calendar-based game hosting Event management (will use plugin)
3. Email notification for membership and email management
4. Photo gallery
5. The site will have approximately 8/10 pages and the content will be managed by various users.
6. Others as may be required
Assets provided by me:
1. Content
2. Digital assets such as logos, high-resolution images
3. Videos etc.
4. Colour hex code and fonts
5. A sub-domain for test environment hosting
