Required Woocommerce freelancer for WordPress - keep products actualised job

Hello,
I need someone who knows WP All Import & WP & WooCommerce very, very good.
I have an affiliate website and I update my products perioadically using XML files and Wp All Import PRO Plugin.

Right now I do few things but I want to expand them to the following:

I. What I do:
- I periodically update the products availability and prices with an automatically cron job.

II. What I need to do:
- When I run the periodically import I have those options here:

a. Create new products from records newly present in your file
b. Delete products that are no longer present in your file
- Do not remove attachments
- Do not remove images
- Instead of deletion, set Custom Field
- Instead of deletion, change post status to Draft
c. Update existing products with changed data in your file

--> With every update I go with the options A and C checked always.


!!! My concern is with the option B:
- I have to 'Instead of deletion', redirect to the parent category of the product that are no longer present in XML file. (say plua at the beginning of your application).

So if you know Wordpress All Import plugin, you should know that I have the possibility to set a custom function in php.
