We need to develop application for Nurses
The deliverables are fixes to the following issues:
- When a client requests a shift, the agency partners should receive a push notification to their app, alerting them that a new shift is available. These notifications stopped working during a recent Network Solutions outage. I'm told it may be a 2024 port issue.
- Right now, any user added is part of the same network. We are live now so we no longer have a demo network, which we would like to have. Additionally, we'll need new networks or territories as we grow to other parts and eventually into other cities. Ideally, we'd like to have a dropdown box in the admin section where we could see the different territories and the users in them, add new territories, etc. We'd also like to be able to assign agencies to different territories at the user level.
- Currently, a facility can request a CNA, LPN, or RN. We'd like to remove RN.
We'd like any updates performed so the system performs at its best.
- Currently, when an agency accepts a shift, they have to enter the caregiver name (this is great). However, when an agency denies a shift, they need to enter the caregiver name which doesn't make sense. We need to fix that part.
- Any requested shift has a Request ID#. As an admin, we can see this under "requests", as an agency, they can see it when they click on a shift. Currently, facilities don't have access to this number and we'd like for them to see it as well when they click on the shift. The ideal place to put it is where they currently see the facility name next to the shift that has been requested (this would be for facility only because they already know that it's their location). The agencies however, need to be able to clearly see the facility name like they do now.
- We'd like the ability to export data regarding the "requested" shifts in the Requests Section:
Export: Shift Number, Date Published, Agency, Caregiver Name, Shift Date, the shift (either 1,2,3), Location, and any notes
Would like to sort by week, month, year, etc
- To accept a shift, an agency needs to put it into a "working" status first. If they put it in working status, then decide to Deny the shift, the shift re-appears to the other agencies that it is available. It would also be nice if this generated a push notification to the other agencies that a shift is available. Currently, it does not.
