We are in creating a network of graphic designers, web developers and resellers for our agency and we need to develop a B2B system (preferably based on WordPress but other solutions can be considered).
GRAPHIC DESIGNERS & WEB DEVELOPERS
They can register by submitting their CV. If accepted to join our network then, they can create their profile page with photo, description and short portfolio, payment info. These has to be a private data, available only to our agency.
THE RESELLERS
They can register by via a form and if accepted they can start a Private Label eShop with our services and they will be able to sell them to their end clients with their own prices.
Resellers must have the ability to issue coupons, make discounts and apply special terms to their sales to end client following their countries different policies (taxes, etc...).
THE END CLIENT
They buy services from the reseller's public eShop (with our services) and they become registered clients of the system. These clients belong to the respective reseller and they can be managed only by the reseller.
THE WORKFLOW
We receive orders from the different resellers' eShops, so Designers & Developers can assign their selves to the jobs and start creating. We need a space where the reseller and the end client can see the work done (that is under review) and only the reseller can assign it as 'finished' job.
THE BILLING
We need to use STRIPE or PAYPAL for all money transactions.
1. The end client buy a service via the reseller's eShop in the local currency.
2. The reseller receives the amount to its bank account, or stripe, or paypal or other fin service and issues the invoice.
3. The reseller orders the service to our agency's eShop (we already have a WooCoomerce) and pays the B2B price via our Stripe or Paypal.
4. Our Designers & Developers receive the order and assign their selves for the job.
3. At the end of every project, we distribute payments to Designers and Developers.
