YoAttire Referral Program
Whenever someone signs up in yoattire.com - they have to choose between being 1) a customer, 2) an affiliate.
1) Affiliate Program:
a. They can choose between TEXT or IMAGE link. Copy & paste the link (which is a combination of their name & a unique code) in their blog, website or wherever. This link has got unlimited validity time as long as the contract between the company and the affiliate is valid.
b. Every time someone buys thru' clicking that link, the affiliate gets certain % of commission of that purchase value credited into a virtual wallet in their name after 2 weeks of purchase date (or whatever time the company decides from time to time).
c. They can either use that credit to buy more merchandise or request for withdrawal, provided, they must have purchased at least once and the accrued amount is above certain amount as decided by the company from time to time(for ex, Rs.2000 or 5000/-).
d. Admin will manually approve the payment request subject to fulfilling the condition that min accrued amount should be certain amount, as decided by the company.
2) Customer Referrals:
a. Alternatively, when they choose to be customer, they can provide their social media account details for auto-sharing.
b. Whenever they 1) add a product into their wish list OR 2) purchase a product OR 3) add them in cart but sign-out without completing the purchase - the plug-in should share the event in all the social media accounts(1.FB, 2.IG, 3.Li, 4.G+, 5.Twtr, 6.Auto email (of course, different content for each case) whatever social media account details provided by the customer, along with referral links so any of their contacts can click and buy thru' the link. The maximum validity for the customer referral link is 90 days.
c. Whenever, it happens, the referrer (the link owner) gets certain %, after 2 weeks or whatever time as defined by the company.
d. Every time an amount is credited, an auto email is generated and sent to the referrer showing the previous balance, if any + current % share and net total.
e. The customer can use the amount for purchase either partially or fully depending on the wallet amount availability OR request for transfer to their paytm account.
f. This would be manually approved by admin considering the balance amount again here the customer must have made at least 1 purchase to be eligible for requesting cash credit transfer.
g. This opportunity is available for all the customers, even those come to us thru' someone's referral link.
h. This is available for all the merchandise displayed in yoattire.com
i. The plug-in should design a clean, professional quality post for each social media platform based on their norms.
j. An admin panel is required with a dashboard report on date wise, customer/affiliate wise, product wise, demographic wise, device/os/browser wise, media source wise and social media wise.
3) Common Points:
a. The plug-in must collect the KYC details preferably pan card copy as an attachment before making payment to both customers/affiliates in case eligible for payment.
B. The plug-in must calculate the 5% TDS on the commission amount provided the commission amount exceeds Rs.10,000/- within the financial year.
