Looking for a skilled WordPress developer to help us troubleshoot our custom, built-from-scratch theme. The single post page template seems to not function correctly and does not display the actual content of a blog post. We're looking to restore functionality for the blog post and all subsequent blog posts so that they will display correctly when viewed in their single page post template.

We have hired a client for this job previously - they said we should get in touch with the original developer as there are a lot of issues present in the code due to it being a custom theme built from scratch, so some troubleshooting will most likely be necessary. It is not possible for us to get in touch with the original dev, unfortunately.
