We need a WordPress developer / designer to help us create a beautiful WP theme design for our site, which is currently using the WPGeoDirectory Plugin.
There are many beautiful WP directory themes on ThemeForest which have really terrible SEO and slow page load times, and we don't want to use them for that reason. Additionally, the GeoDirectory plugin allows us to use the appropriate site URL structure we desire.
Fast page load speed is important, as is mobile-first and responsive design.

We are just starting up and would like to engage a designer/developer to work a few hours each week to build this into something spectacular over time. This may mean developing a list of page designs/features and implementing each one over a period of time, rather than doing everything all at once.
