Our product is a loan calculation tool for small businesses. We are trying to attract new customers to sign up to use our loan calculation tool.
We currently have a python library finished, which essentially took a complex excel spreadsheet with many formulas and transferred it to python. We now need a front end created that can accept data inputs for the loan calculation tool, input that data into a json schema, send the json to our python library, and return the results calculated from the python library and display them on the front end website/app. The front end should include a website (landing page, about us, blog), signup and payment processing, paid membership management, data input forms and results page. We are looking for a team or an individual with this relevant experience. The ideal freelancer would have full stack experience and be familiar with Wordpress. We would like to do most of this in Wordpress, if that is possible so that we can keep costs down.
Here is a more detailed list of what we believe the deliverables will be:
1. Website (wordpress)
a. Landing page--optimized for conversions (we have wireframes created)
b. About us/contact us page
c. Blog
d. Signup page
e. Login page
f. Member dashboard
g. Web app for loan calculation using the python library, etc.
2. Front end for python library
a. Use our json schema to create a fillable form that can be auto saved (i.e., state management/data management), then compile the various saved states into the final json schema that will be pushed to the python library.
b. Create any necessary API calls to send each user created json schema to the python library, run the python calculation, and return the results to a webpage so the user can see the results
3. Other things we would like
a. Data management - if possible, we would like to be able to save each form that is filled out so that a user could access it at a later date to make modifications. This may also mean that forms get saved that are completely filled out or that are partially filled out.
b. Membership functionality - we want to be able to allow people to sign up for our product and have access to a members only space where they can view loans that they have submitted or work on new loans.
In other words, we need a front end service to allow a user to input data, send that data (in the json schema we have created) to the python library so that it can run calculations and return a result to the user.
Again, we would like this to be done in Wordpress, but if not possible to have everything done in Wordpress, we are open to other options as well. I will share a long version of our wireframe showing what our end goal is. However, for now, we would like to simplify all data input to one simple page in the .rtf file. That file actually has a link to a json editor on GitHub where we uploaded our json schema to show all of the inputs our loan application needs. The other file that is an export from Balsamiq that is the wireframe we built, which shows the information needed for the json data file, but all of the inputs are broken down into more easy to understand modules.
Please include the number of hours you expect this project will take you together with the total cost you anticipate. Once we have several bids, we will select a few so we can send additional information so you can finalize your bid. Once we are both very clear about deliverables and expectations, we will select from the final bids.
