Our company, Outsource Consultants, is an outsourcing consulting firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We leverage our 20+ years of experience in the call center outsourcing industry to help companies find the best outsource call center, BPO, and cloud-based software outsourcing solutions. We do not charge clients anything for our services and there is no risk or strings attached to take our advice or recommendations.
Project Goal
We are looking for an experienced workflow specialist to help supplement Outsource Consultants’ operations department along with a business analyst. The goal of this project is to create automated workflows within our marketing and CRM software that make key process and activities more efficient.
Key Requirements and Expectations
- Ideal candidate is experienced with process modeling and CRM modifications
- Familiar with Zoho CRM and workflow automation
- Experience with process and CRM documentation
- Critical thinking– taking high level requirements and helping us break them down into detailed workflow requirements
- Problem solving through technology and process
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Hubspot Marketing, and Zapier preferred
Estimated Project Length
We intend this project to be ongoing with hours varying based on individual projects per quarter.
