I have a business that digitise people's video tapes as well as video editing, people bring their tapes to us and we convert them into digital files and we edit them into an interesting and creative footage. These are confidential documents and as such it needs to be outlined in the privacy policy. I also will need a T&C which will protect my business from customers not paying for their service, as well as several minor things that I will state later on.
