Required software development,Website Development freelancer for (Xcode 10) Swift developer needed for some UI responsiveness help job

Hi,

I need a simple UI with three items to add on it. It is important for the code to be clean and easy to transfer to my own coding environment. The items are:

1. a round button like the iPod wheel button that users can turn with thumb and change the quote in the textbox. Note: function of the button for me is more important than its looks!
2. a textbox with dynamic height size that is going to display the quotes (textbox must respond to the height of the text inside it. code simplicity is an advantage to get the project)
3. i want a save button to be attached to the top of the textbox and move with its height.
