I currently run a small online business in Australia and am looking for an accountant to assist me with bringing my small business Xero accounting up to speed - closing off the books for last finance year.
I have done some work in getting my bank accounts uploaded, setting my chart of accounts etc. However when it comes to bank reconciliation and creating rules there is some work to be done. Preferably i'd like someone who is willing to work with me to get the rest of the Xero system set up correctly with me, also giving me training on how to use it. Then when I need assistance moving I can rely on them for further help when needed.
I'm looking for someone who is an above average communicator and is able to help explain certain aspects of the Xero system to me.
The successful person will preferably be strong in the payroll functions of the platform in order to assist me in getting my employee/s entered correctly for fast and clean payroll payments. I understand this process isn't hard once setup right.
