Looking for an experienced book keeper to handle the management of xero books.
Tasks include:
- Reconciling transactions between books and bank accounts
- Posting of transactions to correct accounts/entities
- Clearing aged payables
- Allocating past transactions to correct entities.
Accounts Payable
- If you are experienced with accounts payable, you can also do the following tasks:
- Organising bills and scheduling payment dates
- Weekly reporting on expenditure
- Performing supplier statement reconciliation, bi-weekly.
- Investigating missing invoices from supplier statements.
- Entering ad-hoc bills and posting to the correct account
Must be familiar with Australian GST, WET tax. We need someone who can commit to weekly contract and perform tasks everyday as well as producing weekly reporting. Must also be familiar with Google sheets and Dropbox to located scanned invoices.
