Real Estate company struggling to find best method for designing, building & scaling B2C zoho crm. Our goal is to purchase real estate (land, buildings, homes, offices etc) from the individual(s) who owns the real estate. Prospects are always individual people, but some individuals may own several properties or addresses.
**A Lead (individual) may own several properties (addresses), but a property can only have one owner (lead)
We need to build a system where individual people can be associated with all of property addresses in which they own (whether 1 address or multiple). Each address (or property) should have its own record within its own module so reps can track the specific info of that property (size, type, dimensions, condition, asking price) BUT should be associated with the individual person so we can quickly toggle between people & their properties to track/log activities separately.
**ALSO - An individuals home or mailing address (in the lead) may be different that any of the property addresses that they own
Furthermore this project must allow for correct use of all modules to ensure track-ability of the sales life cycle/progression (lead, into a contact, into a deal). Additionally individual addresses/properties must have the ability to be converted into their own deal (FOR EXAMPLE: An individual owns 4 buildings. I only want to purchase one of their 4 buildings. I need to make a separate deal for ONLY the one building I am purchasing and keep that deal associated within that contact).
I need a scale-able solution for importing 'leads' while keeping the individual and the address(s) they own associated within zoho and across modules. This process must allow new leads to be imported as our database grows while also being able to recognize duplicate property address records and also be able to associate new property addresses with existing individuals within the crm who may be the owner of those properties.
