Required CRM,Zoho CRM freelancer for ZOHO CRM+ Set up, Optimizing and CRM Consulting job

We have an existing ZOHO+ Account (CRM, Social, Project) set up for our Real Estate Sales & Real Estate Development company, but it is not complete and I believe it can be better set up. We need help determining best use in order to shorten data entry time and maximize the usage. Apps/Modules need to share information between each other. I have set up for basic use, but it is not tracking the information correctly. we want to manage all types of leads that come in (Buyers, Sellers, Build Clients), and managing marketing campaigns and and Set up a Module for Vendors and best way to manage our real estate transactions and also our construction projects.

Our company does traditional real estate sales and also buys properties directly to build and resell. We want our ZOHO to handle the entire life cycle of every aspect if this is possible
