We are looking for one person to be our on going Zoho CRM support person. We have extra plug in's that always seem to glitch every time Zoho updates something. We also need assistance in running reports to extract data from our CRM. The chosen candidate should produce a video showing reports they are able to produce as well as fixing external CRM plugin's not work. For example we have a 'clone check box' that is not standard to clone invoice's. Sometimes this plays up and does not work. How could you make this better? Or fix? Any videos talking us through what you can do are helpful. Thanks
