BB is looking for a highly experienced ZOHO Developer primarily possessing the followings skills:
- Complete understanding of the ZOHO One Products/ Applications
- Hands-on working experience in mapping and integrating third party applications, i.e. Gravity Forms, Invoices, Sales Order, Accounting Software
- Lead conversion mapping, creating layout, rules and/ or validation rules, workflows and blueprints.
- Report writing skills
Listed below are the primary responsibilities and preferred qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implementation, customization and administration of the suite of enterprise ZOHO applications included in ZOHO one, i.e. CRM, Creator, Books, Products, Inventory, and more.
2. Understanding our E-commerce business process flow and requirements, implement and customize various elements and objects connecting appropriately within ZOHO applications.
3. Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of ZOHO
4. Develop custom ZOHO workflows
5. Working efficiently with ZOHO CRM API v2.0, Server Side SDK's and Web-hooks (Zap)
6. Effectively utilize ZOHO modules and its feature to automate various business processes
7. Mentor, Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of ZOHO products throughout the organization.
8. Work with ZOHO support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates
9. Review and analyze the data on ZOHO daily, to identify discrepancies, and incomplete information and working with the users to help resolve the discrepancies.
10. Provide System admin / IT support to users
11. Manage access and control of users

Qualifications:
1. 3 years of active role in mapping, designing and developing scripts in ZOHO products
2. Gathering client requirement and create flow-chart using mind-mapping tools
3. Experience in ZOHO One products, including ZOHO CRM customization, implementation, and administration
4. Advance skills in handling ZOHO Creator, Accounting and Flow;
5. Complete grasp in customizing API v2.0 and SKD's, building widgets
6. Experienced working as a Software or Web Developer using one or more of the following languages - Backend: Python (Django), Node.JS - Frontend: React Native, JQuery, React.js, Angular.js
7. Prior experience working independently without oversight
8. Report and training manual writing skill
9. Fluency in English, oral and written
10. Proactive, attention to details and available for quick response/ meeting
