I have a partially customized ZOHO CRM and am looking to have it set up to integrate with the different components available within Zoho One plus some external software via Zapier.
Quite honestly, I am not a systems expert or very organized. My goal is to go through the different components of my business in an interview format with some very basic flowcharts that I have prepared. And then I would like for the contractor to use that interview to outline and create a plan to implement within the Zoho One platform. I want to utilize the power of Zoho One.
My business is real estate and I am looking to create relationships with leads to convert to clients. I have several different types of leads including Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Home Owners, Mortgage Loan Officers, Home Buyers, Title Companies, Home Inspectors, and Investors.
