Currently using Zoho one. Need the system updated to meet Zoho new requirements and link all third party apps etc that maybe affected.

Please note that this Zoho CRM API update is like a version update and we are moving our entire Zoho CRM to V2 API.

If you are using any third party application integration to Zoho CRM, you will be using Zoho CRM API to integrate it and you have to change the code to V2 API. So that the integration will work fine without any issues. You have to provide the API help guide to your API developer to change the code based on V2 API.

If you are not using any API integrations, you can ignore same and take a note about V2 API for your future reference.
After Dec 31, 2019 the API integrations and custom functions will not work if you still use v1 API. If you do not upgrade the custom function code before the sunset (Dec 31, 2019), the codes will stop working, which will lead to data loss.
