Hi, I would like to take this opportunity to give you a little introduction of my Interests and my journey so far in IT industry. My skillset highlights are as follows: • Experience and in ITIL Framework and ITIL V3 Certified (Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management). • Worked on Project transition and brought it to the stability phase. • Worked as the knowledge author as well as Process trainer. • Possess working knowledge about Windows Server Support. • Hands on experience with Server and Desktop Support. • Also have experience with Application support. • Experienced with Business development process and also worked on RFPs. • Experience working with VMware (Monitored and done troubleshooting for Esx servers, Configured VMs as per user requests). • Active Directory- Created user IDs, DLs, Troubleshooting user ID related issues, ID termination. • Exchange server 2007- Creation and terminations of Mailboxes, DLs and Troubleshooting E-mail related issues. • VPN (Complex Troubleshooting) - Configuration and Troubleshooting. • Worked as the Project trainer as well as Knowledge author for the Project related documents. • Worked on SOPs and transition of the project. • Highly proficient analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Under the direction of senior members, I worked on Transitioning of project, Training mew candidates, Audits and implementation of new ideas. Utilizing my academic and professional knowledge, I dedicated Eight years with Technology while working in the highly demanding global technological environment. Here I gained an opportunity to work in a Datacenter environment, improved existing documentation systems and implemented stringent measures to improve the overall IT infrastructure. I currently work as a System Engineer with Zimbra technology India private limited., where I have been able to further strengthen my technical acumen.
