ABOUT ME

8+ years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics family of products and Microsoft Technology stack I am 2010 passed out Computer Engineer having 8+ years of experience on then MS Dynamics CRM and now Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement along with D365 Business Central. I have very good exposure on running projects on my own, right from gathering the requirements, designing architecture the solution and delivery the same with detailed documentation. I have experties in Dynamics 365 (CRM) Functional as well as Technical aspect, Integrations between Third Party systems and CRM, SharePoint - CRM Integration, JavaScript/jQuery, and custom development.

I am very structured in my work and typically follow below process to run the project:
Gather requirements - Document the gaps and list down the tasks - Prepare Design document - prepare test cases - implementation - testing - deployment - post production support.
Being Certified Scrum Master, I follow Agile methodology to run the projects in which the project is gone through short sprints and hence the project success is ensured.
I have the checklist for deployment and development standards which has become now routine in my development.
Hence project quality is ensured.
