ABOUT ME

I have served as a Data Analyst in Afiniti in their Artificial Intelligence team. Responsible for analysing callers’ and agents’ patterns and using data mining
methods for creating client specific statistical models on Afiniti to develop innovative approaches to achieve call-stream
optimization at various call centers with the aim to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
Techniques used include aspects of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Queuing Theory, Probability, Statistics, Data
mining, Optimization and Predictive Analysis
Tasks that defined my role at afiniti:
 Data discovery sessions with clients in North America (Rogers- Telecommunications Company, Credit One Bank, E-
TeleQuote Insurance Company)
 Thorough understanding of business logics as well as client environment, customers, data and systems
 Weekly client meetings to discuss the performance and understand changes in the client environment
 Client specific data and procedures' documentation
 Ensuring data integrity and usability for model preparation
I have also been part of a small team that worked on creating a Gain Estimation tool in R language based on the concept of
Gain slope. The steps followed included data gathering, data filtering, and converting all the categorical variables into
binomial and continuous variables for fitting a linear model. We evaluated its accuracy by using Mean Square Error and
Absolute Error methodologies.
Among the small projects, I have created a tool in R that tested Bayesian Mean Regression on different clients
