My name is Abigail, I am a technical recruiter and customer experience advocate from Cebu.
I believe the success of a company comes down to picking the right people, doing all you can to make them flourish, and ensuring that you execute the company goals and vision.
As an introvert, I thrive on doing the hard stuff. During my career, I have acquired one primary capability that demonstrates this: (1) The ability to transcend language, cultural and skills barriers. Cultivate the power of collaboration. The formula for success is to bring together people with complementary skills and combine different methods of problem-solving.
