ABOUT ME

I am a Company Secretary and Law Graduate by qualification with 12+ years of exp. I am currently associated with HCL Technologies as Manager-Global Compliance. I am responsible for ABAC ( Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption) COBEC (Ethics) and APAC related corporate compliance, however i have worked for Middle East and USA as well.

I have managed multiple projects like advisory on FCPA, UKBA, Risk Assessment, KCRA, global expansion of organization, Management of Grants and Incentives, extensive research and advisory on Labour Laws, Corporate Laws, Health and Safety Laws, Data Protection, IT hardware business, staff leasing, business transfer undertaking, Anti-corruption, Anti-Bribery, Cross Border Talent Mobility, Global HR Policies, Employment agreements, creation of checklist for employment, finance, corporate, treasury, controllership for all group companies across the globe. My ongoing experiences includes contract vetting, legal vetting, policy creation and all legal support.

I have independently implemented an Automated Risk and Compliance tool (GRC), which enables to track compliance for all support functions in the company
