ABOUT ME
I am an experienced Customer Care Representative equipped with special skills that will help turn your Leads into Customers. I also function well with Collections and sales which my negotiation skills help convince people to commit. Coupled with this is my excellent communication skills. I have a good command of the English Language and can communicate and understand various accents. I am conformable spending long hours on making/receiving calls, replying/sending emails, and also responding to chat inquiries. I have experience with a couple of CRM apps: Freshdesk, Zoho CRM, and Zendesk. My strong technical background and education in Computer Science helps me onboard easily with new platforms and operation flows. I am good in documenting and taking notes on CRMs, generating reports on Spreadsheets, and also writing collaborative documents via Google Doc and Microsoft Office packages. Experience I have 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Agent. In my last job, I focused on helping the company establish strategies for fulfilling customer needs and targets with teams as Customer Support. This involved communicating directly with customers to get demands and fulfilments via CRM tools. I also tracked their satisfaction and feedbacks. My contribution helped the firm achieved a 40% increase in customer retention and loyalty. I am very skilled in data entry and excel works. I am also very qualified in data extracting and scraping. Currently, I’m completing various online courses in Cloud Engineering on the Google Cloud Platform which started from the beginning of the pandemic. This has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding the technicalities of software, their usage, architecture, and lifecycle.
