i have worked in call centre and billing company which name is kaizen united states billing company as an computer oprator , i was dealing with all the calls as an reprensentative and handling all the email tasks assigned by my supervisors , my work was to deal with all the insurance companies like gallagher bassett,blue cross blue shield,allstate,first chicago insurance,geico,medicare and many more insurance companies and i was also dealing with the attorneys and the case managers and adjuster, i am good in data entry and processing , my typing speed is 40 words per minute, i am from pakistan but i am fluent english speaker as i mentioned that i have worked in related field for 4 year.
