ABOUT ME

I am UiPath & BluePrism certified RPA Solution Architect and team leader currently working on designing, architecting, implementing, and delivering intelligent RPA solutions to leading customers in different regions, certified in UiPath and Blue Prism.

My current role involves ensuring projects delivery with a high level of quality, participation in sales support activities and technical meetings with clients to gather all requirements, support developers and deliver technical/business training to customers and new employees, enforcing best practices whilst keeping an eye on the big picture and overall roadmap and vision of our clients.

Highly skilled in Artificial Intelligence and particularly in Deep Learning, my research paper has been published in a big conference. I have hands-on experience in developing AI and Deep Learning algorithms using Tensorflow and Keras technologies. I believe that AI is essential for improving the quality of life, and I believe each human has a purpose in this world, mine is to contribute to this improvement.

Experienced in networking and telecom systems (HCNA routing & switching certified), web and application development (proficient in Java, Python, and Javascript), cyber-security (Cisco CCNA Cyber-ops certified), cloud computing (Google GCP Certified) with hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernates, Linux/Windows administration, and databases (SQL Server and IBM DB2).

I believe soft-skills are as much important as hard-skills, organizations need creative and persuasive employees who can conceive the solutions of tomorrow. And as projects grow increasingly more complex and global in the age of AI, effective collaboration and time-management skills only grow more important. Most importantly for me is the adaptability, I believe that an adaptable mind is an essential tool for navigating today’s ever-changing world, as yesterday’s solutions won’t solve tomorrow’s problems.

Regarding UiPath:
• Process-1 (Direct walk-in claims registration): Automated direct walk-in claim registration processes end-to-end starting by claim receival notification, data collection from different locations (web, documents, emails, etc.), data processing and OCR, documents uploading and templates generation, and finally registering claim in web portal.

• Process-2 (Najm Claim Registration): Automated Najm claim registration processes end-to-end starting by claim receival notification, data collection from different locations (web, documents, emails, etc.), data processing and OCR, documents uploading and templates generation, and finally registering claim in web portal.

• Process-3 (Daily TP Payment): Automated Third Party Daily Payment Process, this was a citrix application where we used Computer Vision technology (a machine learning technology) and integrated it with UiPath so we can recognize elements and fields inside the screen and download the necessary and required data from a Desktop Application (.net app). Then upload and fill data in a web application.

• Process-4 (Nav Reporting): This process was splitted into two sub-processes. The first one is responsible for importing financial data from excel sheet into t24 system (AJC special software) and submitting them twice a week. The second one will export an excel sheet from t24 system and upload financial data found inside the sheet into Tadawul Efsah website on daily basis.

• Process-5 (MIS Financial Report): MIS report is created on a daily basis by the business user, which involves the extraction of data from various excel reference sheets (that are created on a daily basis automatically by the T24 and Equation applications).

• Process-6 (Institutional Reporting): Producing institutional reports for clients which includes the portfolio statement summary, statement of cash accounts, order details (invoice). The documents are printed directly from T24 system, scanned and merged as a single PDF file, and sent to the client via email.

• Process-7 (Daily Traded Value Upload): Process is executed to provide a visual into the current market share of AJC based on customer trade data. This data is automatically fed through to Click (BI Reporting) for the evaluation and measurement of KPI's pertaining to regional manager and relationship manager performance.

• Process-8 (Shield Policy): The process is to collect data from different excel sheets and interact with multiple systems to upload the data into them. This process involved web services calls and database interactions (SQL statements building).

• Process-9 (Services On/Off): Whenever the development team needs to commit changes to the system they need to login and turn off all online services (more than a 100 service) while saving the turned-off services through screenshots and notepad texts. So, we automated the turning on/off procedure and reduced the time and errors and notifying users via email what services went off and on with a status of each one.
