With over 16 years of professional experience in the Hospitality Industry and a deep understanding of Nutrition, I can create and design recipes to suit all client's needs. Having worked with food developers and supply chain/technical professionals, I can analyse food and drink offerings by highlighting where opportunities exist for improvement and have the potential to bring nutrition to supermarket shelves and restaurant menus.

My crucial career highlight was working for one of the countries leading supermarket chains. Being part of the Trends and innovation team, I have been exposed to multiple areas of creation.

Supplying content for the National newspaper, The Sunday Times, I have had multiple recipes featured in the lifestyle section.

Holding a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Clinical Nutrition, I have found a balance between food and Nutrition.
