I am 21 years old. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration major in Office Mgt. I can write and understand stenography. I am proficient in Microsoft Tools and other technical skills. My typing speed is 50 wpm. I am knowledgeable about office procedures. I am also reliable and can work under pressure. I have 1 year work experience in a BPO industry. My position title on my previous job is Client Support Specialist. I handled a Property Management account and my tasks there are as follows: - Answering general inquiries through calls. - Processing rental applications. - Creating guest cards. - Responding to email inquiries. - Scheduling a showing of a property. - Data entry.

I can also do social media marketing and I am a photography enthusiast as well.
