ABOUT ME

I have been working in this area for more than 9 years and gathered lots of experience within and outside my area of specialization. My experience consists of performing help desk administrative duties that included answering phones and emails in resolving internal and external clients’ network complaints remotely.
My experience also includes visiting locations where issues cannot be resolved over the phone physically in attending to their network needs. My network skills have helped me in representing my company within and outside Lagos in attending to internal and external clients’ IT challenges severally, also in setting up IT Equipment for new store openings.
My personal expertise includes Network design, Linux Administration, deployment and support, excellent troubleshooting skills, installing network cabling and devices, strong analytical skills with being able to pay attention to details and the ability to solve complex problems.
