I have been working in a BPO industry for more than 10 years. I am great in customer service. I also went through different position within the BPO world, I was able to experience to be Quality assurance, Complaint Manager, Sales support, Subject matter expert and also an interim supervisor. I have the perfect experience to support a business that needs quality customer service experience since I am hone to assist customer through phone calls, chats and emails.
