ABOUT ME

I worked for almost 4 years as a Software account specialist which is a computer-based work and it is B2B. Most tasks include answering emails on product inquiries (often thru Outlook), familiarizing Google products (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts) and assisting in placing orders (using the company software program). I previously worked for 1 year as a back-office customer service for a different company. Tasks include calling customers for surveys and following up cases of the technical team of the company - this uses the company own software program and data is entered in Microsoft Excel. I am knowledgeable in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Movie maker, online cloud such as Dropbox, Drive and OneDrive. Also, familiar with different social media platforms. I am a college graduate of a 4-year degree. I am interested in working for a job related to my previous works or as a data entry specialist and the like. Computer-literate and good time management skill.
