Organize and maintain appointments.
Handle daily normal secretarial tasks including but not limited to:
Answering & screening phone calls
Photocopying, mailing, faxing, dealing with correspondence and writing letters.
Creating and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
Carry out specific projects and research as needed.
Appropriately and politely respond to guests, visitors and other organization employee according to the policies and procedures.
Processing general correspondence as necessary. Keeping a watch on Top Management's calendar, fixing appointments and other agendas
Attending to daily office procedures (eg. Phone/Fax enquiries, filing etc.)
Providing administrative support including but not limited to typing, filing and mailing.
Improve and maintain office files (electronic and hard copy) & correspondence.
Arrange and coordinate the schedule for all appointments.
