ABOUT ME
i currently finished my ABE level 5 diploma in business management. in this course i have learnt that it is not only about managing but also about customers experience and how to retain their loyalty, its about dealing with clients and giving them a clear vision about what we have to offer and how we will make it better for them. it comes with taking responsibility of the employees,how supply chain works, managing events, meetings etc. i have ability, motivation and a clear understanding of this field. i have done several course work which include: managing agile organisations and people, managing stakeholders relationship and operations management. i have also gained some experience through organizing meetings, events and ushered at conferences. i am also doing a digital marketing course currently that has helped me gain information about building websites, googles ads, instagram ads, copy writing etc.
