With more than five years of experience in Human Resource Management and an academic-cum-industrial background in the Hotel industry, providing best client experience has always been my prime endeavor. Understanding the client’s requirements, ensuring quality deliverables, meeting deadlines and maintaining a professional rapport with my clientele are the guiding principles of my work ethics.
Having worked in the HR department of one of the leading global management consulting firms, i.e. Deloitte; effective communication has been integral to my everyday tasks. Introducing the organization’s work culture and business policies to its employees not only via personal communication but also emails and news-letters demands an HR professional to have extraordinary oratory skills along with an equally well-organized thought structure, creative writing skills, rich vocabulary and correct use of grammar. This continues to be my strength in the current profile and as my learning process continues, I only aspire to deliver better each day. Although my educational background and the professional work culture have been a great influence in enhancing my English language skills, my equal proficiency in the Hindi language which also is my mother tongue makes me an efficient bilingual communicator.
Moreover, for me delivering services related to writing or translation are not just about prospective business avenues but a platform to hone my creative skills and pursue my literary/linguistic passion. As a student, I have won many accolades in creative writing competitions but the cumbersome life of the corporate world leaves little time and space for the imaginative minds.
