I'm a certified Global mobility specialist from Worldwide ERC. I majorly work on preparing the mobility cost estimates, global payroll management like preparation of payroll instructions, gross ups, quarterly updates, compensation reviews and assist my teams in year end. Also, work closely with clients to collect the data for various expats and manage their immigration information. Conduct tax briefing with the expats and explain them about their position. Work closely with third parties to collect their relocation payments for assisting the expat while on assignment.
