ABOUT ME

I worked as a phone operator, live chat and email support specialist in one of the largest online startups which deals with business registration in Australia, Honcho (Business Switch) for almost 2 years. Before Honcho, I worked with Teletech which caters Telstra clients in Australia as well. I was given a Technical support role which mainly helps with the home connection then later act as their Case Manager to make sure that all of their issues have been resolved, I was happily connected with this company for over 2 years. And the very first job that I had is with Teleperformance Phils. which caters US clients, mainly for AT&T. I worked here as a Billing and Collections Specialist for a year.
