ABOUT ME

I worked as an Assistant Accountant in my employers for last 5 years. As of now, I am currently employed and looking for a better opportunity in a home based job. As an Assistant Accountant my main task are to manage the chart of accounts, managing the inventory, paying for the payables, monthly invoicing, doing payroll, preparing taxes and assisting preparing reports such as financial statement, income statement and profit and loss.

I also have a knowledge using accounting system such Quickbooks, SAP and MYOB. For managing the disbursement of check and the balance I use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Since I have an experience working from home my last employer used Trello and Asana for managing the my update and to update them also in my current tasks.

Last 5 years a go I started my job in Globe Telecom here in the Philippines as an Accounting Assistant we in I am assigned in revenue department. My main responsibility here is doing reconciliation, posting and clearing payments via SAP. I stayed here for 8 months because I have fly to Palau which landed me my second job as Accounting Clerk in Imperial Palau Corp. My responsibilities here was maintaining chart of accounts, doing payroll, preparing taxes, invoicing, contacting suppliers for bargaining and monthly invoicing. I stayed there for 4 years and decided to go back to Philippines which landed me my freelancing job as an Accounts Payables Specialist. Wherein I was managing the PDCs'
maintaining chart of accounts, bookkeeping and assisting preparing reports such as financial statement, income statement and profit and loss.
