I have been in the customer service industry for 5 years now, 1 year working in a call center and another 4 years working at home (home-based/online). I have experience in chats and email support management. I have also been known for being very initiative and for me really is the key to any type of job. I know I can be a very good addition to the team because not only do I have experience in customer service but also have the passion to lead a team and my top priority is to make the customer happy.
I have previously worked for a skincare company and being a business student I really didn't know anything about it. This is why being initiative is very important because if you don't take charge of the situation you will never learn anything. They were a very new company and we're very busy doing other responsibilities so no one really trained me. I relied on research and our website for more information about our products. We mainly used Reamaze and Shopify for all our tickets and chat support.
