ABOUT ME
I am from the Philippines but I come from a Spanish speaking family here. I have four grown up well educated children and two granddaughters (ages 8 and 3). The Spanish language is still an everyday language at home. I was in Spain for many years and studied there too. I have been in the Call Center industry for the past 13 years and I have handled a variety of Bilingual (Spanish/English accounts such as Customer Service, Banking & Finance, Telco, Technical, Billing, Sales and Telemarketing, Purchasing & Logistics, Bookkeeping and Employees' Compensation and Benefits. These also included Quality Assurance tasks, translations, email and chat handling.
