ABOUT ME

I have 9 years of experience in Customer Service, which include 5 years in store/retail & reception and 4 years in Call center. I am used to handle Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and English Customers.
During my years in Call center I got good experience in both B2B and B2C and worked with both on daily basis. I am skilled in communicating with clients over both phone and email. I have experience in Zendesk and Chat support.

I have good experience in translation of documents. My language pairs are English – Swedish and Swedish – English.

I am hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. I am native Swedish living in the Netherlands for 4 years now. I am fluent in English and have great understanding in all Scandinavian languages.
