ABOUT ME
I am a corporate lawyer with more than 2 years of experience in the legal filed. I am currently working in a corporate law firm based out of Mumbai, India. I have worked as a legal officer in a public limited company earlier.
Some of the work I have undertaken in the past few years are:
1. Drafted various distributor agreements, supplier agreements, development agreements, term sheets, Share purchase agreement, memorandums, lease/rent agreement, legal opinions, etc.;
2. Researched, anticipated and guarded the company against legal risks;
