Dynamic professional with overall 7+ Years of experience in HR Management Operations/Infrastructure and contributing to the Firm’s strategic & operational goals by the provision of a fully integrated and effective human resources service.  Experience in managing the complete gamut of tasks involved in recruitment including sourcing, screening, short listing the resumes, scheduling & conducting interviews and induction and orientation.  Maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances,employee engagement,immigration,CSR activities to conducting exit interview thus creating an amicable & transparent environment. Currently I'm employed but would like to pursue freelancing opportunity for my free time and gain some more international exposure.As I'm developing taste for International recruitment so would love to go ahead in that career path.
