10 years of IT Experience in IT Test Management, Agile Software Development, working as business analyst in Agile Environment.
• Work directly with end users to capture and analyze requirements
• Prioritizes work within an agile team and maintain a backlog of future work for consideration/prioritization
• Take responsibility for the creating and prioritizing user stories with the agile team
• Own and drive backlog grooming and management, create acceptance criteria and drive testing and delivery

• Expertise in Agile Testing, Application Testing [Web Applications, Standalone applications], Web sites Testing, web service Testing, Database Testing, SAP Testing, Mobile Application testing, Mainframe testing and security testing
• Knowledge of Automated Testing Tools like Selenium, UFT.
• Knowledge of Model Based Testing Tool like CA Agile Designer, TOSCA.
• Experience in defect tracking and reporting using different process and defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bug tracker, Borland Silk Central, Polaris, HP ALM and VSTS 2015.
• Experience in drafting the requirements & helping out the business analyst to finalize the requirements (Business analyst support)
• Onsite co-ordination, Status Update, Creation of status reports, Creation of Test Metrices.
