ABOUT ME

Basically I am working as freelancer since last 3 years.

I have almost 3 years of experience at SuitMeUp where I have handled customer service and order management. It also required me to edit parts of the website, create invoices and have made me an excellent communicator via email. I also needed to upsell a few things there as well so I crafted several mails accordingly.

I have also worked on crafting Autoresponders and creating campaigns in Mailchimp, Active Campaign and also Aweber. My job was to create an email funnel based on certain criteria provided by my client. So for example, if a client had booked in a call, he/she will stop receiving emails asking them to book in calls and will instead get emails where they were told what to expect in the call and how beneficial it will be for them.

I have experience with most things that are required for a virtual business like Google Apps and Services (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc), Task management apps (Trello, Asana, etc), Social Media Marketing Apps (Buffer, Hootsuite), Email Marketing Apps (Aweber, Mailchimp, Active Campaign) and also CRMs such as Zoho CRM, vTiger CRM, Streak CRM and also Infusionsoft and many more.


My other experiences including setting up calls and meetings between my client and his clients; taking into account his international travelling and timezone, his client's international travels and time zone and also take care of the agenda beforehand and sometimes also take notes (if required). This has been part of my routine and I have called up clients to confirm meetings and generally use a CRM to follow up on emails and RSVPs.

Besides all these I have experience in content writing, blog writing and ghost writing.
