ABOUT ME
I am currently working with Versatel Marketing for more than one year now as a Lead Generation Specialist. It is an outbound call, calling customers located in all 50 states of U.S. for Health Insurance. I also worked as a Lead Researcher where I made calls for Attorneys in U.S. and generate a strong leads for for-closed properties. I am good in handling calls and I have worked in a BPO companies for more than almost 8 years. I handle both inbound and outbound calls for Comcast and Telstra. I have 3 years of experience in Technical Support and 3 years for Customer Service. I am proficient both in written and oral English and can work under pressure. I am self-motivated to do things that needs to be done and complete task even in a challenging situation.
