ABOUT ME

Inbound and Outbound calls sales executive.
Prepare Marketing LPOs, PRs and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring through the system: liaise with finance and accounting and the Regional Marketing Administrator to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
-Prepare any related correspondence to assist the Marketing Operations Manager, such as memos, emails, etc.
-To maintain an updated database of all the mall retailers.
-Organize and sort incoming and outgoing mail for the department.
-Handle all incoming calls to the department, screening where necessary and redirecting accordingly.
-Provide ideas and suggestions for improvement
-Assess and evaluate department process on regular bases
-Distribute tasks among the team
-Work with government authorities (ministry of economy, Dubai economy development) to solve complaints logged with them.
-Regular meetings with General Motors representatives regarding CRM process and implementation which include analyzing, evaluating, and improving.
-Reports analyses
-Work with CRM team to ensure company’s objectives are communicated accurately when prospects first call in
-Coordinate with marketing department to set and conduct campaigns
-Liaise with marketing team in order to ensure marketing strategies are followed properly by CRM team
-Conduct marketing campaign, and provide ideas to develop them
-Create and maintain up-to-date script to be used by CRM’s team when answering phones
Direct dealing with customers through calls or e-mails and answering their queries
Weekly report the to the top management
Data entry on GM website, and the company system
-Handle customer complaints and resolve them in coordination with General Motors delegate.
-Setting surveys in which we determine the question
