ABOUT ME

This is Asiya Zahir, I am from India and currently working in Cybertech Systems and Solution on the post of GIS Analyst. This position has prepared me to handle diverse ESRI applications for mapping and monitoring like ArcGIS for Desktop (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro), ArcGIS Online, and their extensions.
My responsibility is to assist the ESRI users’ major clients across the world (especially USA) and provide Tech support to resolve technical queries by troubleshooting the issue with ArcGIS Desktop, Online, 3D monitoring and analysis using raster and vector data.
Understand the goal of the project, collect intelligence from the user, plan a simplified workflow and provide information on the tools to execute the same.
Analyse data to extract information and help create a new set of data with additional information and better representation.
Document technical issues via incident tracking which involves authoring technical editing’s, and publishing of Knowledge-based articles as well as authoritative online content.
Hands on experience on CRM tool - Salesforce and Troubleshooting tool Fiddler.
Apart from this, learning new technologies like ArcGIS Pro, Operation Dashboard, different ESRI application extensions like Web Appbuilder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Solutions, Business Analyst and their new updates are my concerns.
