ABOUT ME
I am a project management specialist with 5 years of solid management experiences working on EPC projects. During my previous roles, I have managed stakeholders' expectations, coordinated activities, planned projects, tracked progress made by the team and kept detailed records of each project with lessons learned and closeout documentation.
My experience working with cross-functional, international teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. Also, I have experience in project administration, working collaboratively with virtual teams, and monitoring risks and issues to ensure projects work following the planned schedule, Scope and within budget.
Furthermore, I can work under high pressure while maintaining a calm and professional attitude. I am eager to bring to my clients real-world experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly, and encouraging team enthusiasm through all the phases of our projects.
