Depending on a customer’s business requirements and existing technologies, this may include:
Role and Duties in Current Organization:
• Creates functional and technical specifications for ERP systems to meet business requirements, while ensuring the integrity of the technical design process. Serves as a technical expert on all business requirements and information needs of customers.
• Develop ERP systems documentation (including as-is/to-be process documentation) and writes training documentation and trains customers.
• Documenting user requirements and developing specifications for customization.
• Integrating with other modules, integration testing & extending Post Go-live support, including training support to end-users.
• Designing new Features and Assisting Database Administrator in Designing Structure of Application.
• End to end Implementation and Training of System Admin, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain, Production Life Cycle, Sales and Distribution, Asset Management, Budgeting, Coordination Management, Transport & Logistics, Machine Maintenance, Visitors & Administration Management, PLC (ERP Integration with PLC Machines) and Project Management ERP over wide range of industries.
• Contacts and works with Developers team to resolve software issues with delivered functionality.
• Designing Reports.
• Developing and Updating User Manual
Responsibilities As ERP Consultant in this project includes:
• Configuration of new Module.
• Maintenance, Support, Customer Training and Testing of ERP module.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Resolve ERP portals Query by Admin Portal or coordinate with Developers team.
